The mission of School Administrative Unit 35, in concert with its member districts and their students, families and broader communities, is to prepare all students to be responsible citizens and afford them the opportunity to acquire the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary to make informed decisions that lead to meaningful and productive lives.

Board meeting Dates
- Lafayette School District, 2nd. Thursday of each month, 5:30 PM at Lafayette
- Lisbon School District, 2nd Wednesday of each month, 7:00 PM at Lisbon
- Profile School District, 4th Tuesday of each month, 6:00 PM at Profile
- Bethlehem School District, 3rd Monday of each month, 5:30 PM at Bethlehem Elementary School
- Landaff School District, 3rd Tuesday of each month, 6:00 PM at Landaff Blue School
All meetings are open to the public.
SAU 35 Executive Board
SAU 35 Executive Board is comprised of members from each of the school boards including a voting member from the Chairman's board. The Executive Board oversees the operations of the SAU and acts on behalf of the Board members to make decisions throughout the year between the semi-annual Full Board Meetings. Currently the membership is comprised of the following:

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 PM at the SAU Office with the exception of May and December.
Full Board Meetings for participation of all Board members from the various districts are held on the first Wednesday's of May and December.
